Property plans for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Additionally included in this new photograph drop appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by building homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and includes a key detailing various parts of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, such as layouts for dock shelters.
Further documentation disclosed as part of the current investigative process.
